Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine our daily business without data collection and tracking. However, data alone is only of limited benefit; it is important to present it clearly so that it can be interpreted in the best possible way. A suitable tool for this is the boxplot, which you can now display with our autfactory. Boxplots are used to graphically display the range and distribution of various data groups. The special thing about this diagram is that not only the individual data is shown, but also its spread. This makes it particularly suitable for comparing distributions of several data sets.
The boxplot consists of a box and two lines pointing upwards or downwards, the so-called antennae or whiskers. It is made up of 5 different parameters:
Once the plot has been created, you can also display the different data records in different colors to improve clarity. Thanks to the intuitive user interface in the settings, you can do this in just a few clicks.
