What is Passcheck?

PASSCHECK is a powerful tool within the autfactory software that enables simple and reliable verification of production processes. It ensures that the sequence of work steps is validated in real time and guarantees that each step has been completed correctly. When PASSCHECK is used, it checks whether the previous workflow has been completed without errors – for example, whether all processing specifications have been met. If everything is in order, the part is marked with a “pass” and can be processed further. If an error occurs, the part receives a “Fail” status and is excluded from the further production process.

Passcheck can be easily integrated into existing production processes and can be flexibly adapted to your requirements. You can individually define which inspection rules apply to different parts or product types. This ensures that every step meets the quality requirements – regardless of whether you manufacture individual parts or complex, multi-variant products.
