Sequence Control

The sequencer allows you to freely configure the assembly or test sequences without any programming knowledge. The creation of variable test sequences, which are processed one after the other, ensures the control of complex process sequences. It is also possible to map special processes.
If there is only one station or test area, you only need the sequencer for sequence control. If there are several stations or test areas, the process flow control module is also required to control the flow between the individual stations.

The process flow control allows you to define processes and dependencies in lines on a type-specific basis and forward commands to the control system.
Specifically, it regulates how components are fed through the entire system. This includes processing releases, selection of the next station, special processes such as calibrations or decisions for branching.
This allows you to ensure, among other things, that only components that have successfully passed through all test stations can be packaged or delivered.

The most important information at a glance. The line designer allows you to create a schematic representation of the production flow. Arrange the stations freely according to your system layout. Even complex, interlinked systems can be easily reproduced with the line designer.
Deviating cycle times or failures at the station can be identified immediately by color coding. Thus, you keep track of your complete plant status.
